  • How long will it take to make my website?

    Of course this depends on the size of your website. A standard 5 page website usually takes 2 weeks, and a bigger 15 page website can take 3-6 weeks. I can work with you if you have a specific deadline that needs to be met.

  • Will I run into any unexpected costs?

    Custom functionality like adding MLS listings, custom booking forms, or custom widgets take time to make. If your website does require customization like that it will be quoted hourly. However, most websites dont need to be quoted for hourly customization as its usually included in the standard build.

  • Will it be hard to make my own updates/changes?

    Nope! I make all my websites with the client in mind by making the website easy and intuitive to edit, update, and add content. If you’re not confident in your technical capabilities, we can sit down for a 1-on-1 tutorial.

  • What happens when I get my website? Does it require maintenance?

    Your website should only need a couple minutes of maintenance a month. It’s common for people to even leave their website for 5 months and it be okay. All your website would need is plugin and framework updates to keep it running securely.

  • How do I pay?

    When I send an invoice over, it will have a link with a payment portal you can use to put in any credit or debt card. It will automatically send you a receipt for accounting purposes.

  • How much do you charge to build a website?

    There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites specifically for your business. We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a price quote based on that assessment. Our smallest package starts at $1500.   • Do I have to be in Chattanooga to wirk with you?

    No! We work with clients all over the world and can communicate by email, scheduled calls and Zoom meetings.

  • Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?

    Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage the content on their own website. You will have full access to the backend of your new WordPress website upon migration to make simple text updates, photograph changes, new products and pricing can easily be changed on your own. However, we do recommend a professional (developer) to complete more complex changes and maintenance such as plugin updates, design or structure changes, and complex functionality requirements. We provide hourly tutorials upon completion of your website at $120 + HST per hour if you are interested in learning how to navigate through the backend to make minor updates independently.

  • Will you maintain our website for us?

    We can help maintain your website, or you can do so yourself with the more minor changes. The choice is 100% up to you. We provide on-going support for many of our clients but it is not mandatory and you will not be charged a monthly fee. You can contact us as you require updates to your website and we will provide an hourly quote based on your requests.
